Add Us To Your Safe Senders List

Some email providers filter messages from new senders into a spam or junk folder. Adding our address to your safe senders list (also called your allow list, approved senders, or contacts) makes sure our emails reach your inbox. It only takes a minute. Choose your email provider below for step-by-step instructions.
On a computer:
- Open Gmail and click the gear icon, then See all settings.
- Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
- Click Create a new filter.
- In the From field, enter noreply@email.prime-sciences.com and click Create filter.
- Check Never send it to Spam, then click Create filter.
On the Gmail mobile app:
- Open an email from us.
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
- Tap Add to Contacts, or Move to Inbox if it landed in spam.
- Click the gear icon, then View all Outlook settings.
- Go to Mail, then Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
- Enter noreply@email.prime-sciences.com and press Enter.
- Click Save.
- On the Home tab, click Junk, then Junk E-mail Options.
- Open the Safe Senders tab and click Add.
- Enter noreply@email.prime-sciences.com and click OK.
- Click Apply, then OK.
- Click the gear icon, then More Settings.
- Select Filters, then Add new filters.
- Name the filter (for example, "Prime Sciences").
- Under From, choose contains and enter noreply@email.prime-sciences.com.
- Choose Inbox as the destination folder and click Save.
- Open an email from us.
- Click or tap our sender name at the top of the message.
- Choose Add to Contacts or Add to VIPs.
- On iPhone or iPad, tap the sender address, then tap Create New Contact.
- Open Contacts from the left menu.
- Click New Contact.
- Enter noreply@email.prime-sciences.com and click Add Contact.
- Go to Settings, then All settings.
- Select Filters, then the Allow List tab.
- Click Add address, enter noreply@email.prime-sciences.com, and save.
Open your spam or junk folder, select the message, and choose Not spam or Not junk. This moves it to your inbox and teaches your provider to deliver our future emails normally. Then follow the steps above for your provider so it does not happen again.
Double-check that the email address on your order is spelled correctly. Work or school email accounts sometimes block outside senders at the server level, so a personal address is usually more reliable.
